Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new HVAC project opportunities and generate leads.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve sales targets, maintain CRM, and provide after-sales support
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of HVAC project sales experience.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Experience in VRF/VRV, DX, Rooftop Units, AHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation systems.
- Ability to read drawings, prepare quotations, BOQs, and manage projects from enquiry to
handover.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/HAP is an advantag
