Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret construction contract documents, including templates and RFP packages, ensuring full compliance.
- Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies in coordination with project teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding contract terms and actions.
- Conduct financial due diligence on contractors and prepare detailed award analyses.
- Assist in developing negotiation approaches and document agreements from meetings.
- Ensure limitation of company exposure in non-standard contracts and maintain adherence to internal contracting policies.
- Contribute to the Bid Review Program (BRP) by providing data-driven insights.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to contract performance and compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in contracts management, ideally in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and contract negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
