Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline relevant to the position. Professional certifications and memberships such as PMP, MRICS, LEED, or relevant engineering council registration are highly desirable. Demonstrated experience on major construction, infrastructure, or mixed-use development projects. Previous experience with a PMC, Supervision Consultant, or Contractor. Stable career history with progressive responsibilities relevant to the position is preferred. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred. Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.
