Chief Executive Officer

The incoming CEO will oversee:

• Multi-site operations and customer delivery performance
• Commercial growth and operating economics
• Workforce and leadership alignment across a distributed organisation
• Ongoing transformation and operational-modernisation initiatives
• Executive governance and board engagement
• Strategic partnerships and long-term operating scalability

The board is seeking a commercially mature operator who can balance disciplined execution with sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving Saudi market environment.

• Minimum of 18 years of experience in large-scale operating environments.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership positions such as CEO, COO, Country Head, or leading significant business units.
• Demonstrated accountability for Profit and Loss within operationally intensive organizations.
• Proven experience in managing extensive workforce populations and distributed operational models.
• Exemplary executive presence when engaging with boards, shareholders, or governance entities.
• Experience operating within Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Africa, and globally is highly preferred.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is desirable.
