Role Overview : We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Senior Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role is critical in enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities by managing the flow of information, optimizing time, and acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. As a key partner to the CEO, the ideal candidate will bring strong executive presence, exceptional judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that is transitioning toward international scale and more structured corporate governance.

Proven experience (5+ years) supporting C-level executives, preferably in a tech or high-growth company. Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to multitask and prioritize under pressure. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Zoom). Familiarity with corporate governance, board processes, and investor communications is a strong plus. Bachelor s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
