Chief Commercial Officer

Our client is one of the Kingdom's leading logistics, express and last-mile delivery groups, entering a significant transformation and growth phase. They are appointing a Chief Commercial Officer to own the commercial agenda end to end, restore profitable growth, and build a modern, high-performing and increasingly Saudi commercial organisation ahead of the group's next stage of scale. Reports to Chief Executive Officer; executive leadership team Location Riyadh, Kingdom-wide remit Designation Saudi nationals strongly preferred The mandate , what success looks like Own the commercial P&L , revenue, margin, and profitable new business across corporate, national / industry, and regional sales. Restore growth and rebuild the commercial engine , structure, account coverage, targets, and performance discipline. Lead sales, marketing, pricing and customer experience as one aligned commercial function. Own key-account and government / giga-project relationships at the most senior level. Drive Saudization of the commercial front line and build the Saudi commercial-leadership pipeline. Rebuild the incentive and pricing-governance framework , rewarding profitable new business, simple, timely, and well governed. Partner with operations and technology to turn commercial strategy into delivered service and customer value.

A proven senior commercial leader (CCO / VP Commercial / Commercial Director) in logistics, courier / express, supply chain, or a comparable large B2B service sector . Demonstrated P&L ownership and a track record of profitable revenue growth and commercial turnaround . Deep Saudi / GCC market knowledge, with established key-account and government / giga-project relationships . A strong leader of scaled, multi-region commercial teams , with proven Saudization delivery . Commercial and financial acumen (pricing, margin, deal governance) and the stakeholder skill to drive change in a transforming organisation. Arabic and English. Saudi nationals and Saudi-market-proven leaders strongly preferred.
