Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals, manage sales operations, and ensure targets are met or surpassed. Core responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, coaching and training team members, fostering strong customer relationships, and providing top-notch customer service while ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications Strong Team Management and Training capabilities to lead and support the sales team effectively. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and sales data for informed decision-making. Proven problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Relevant experience in sales management or supervision, preferably within the food and beverage or related industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
