The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, supplier shipment coordination, stock control, and distribution of materials and equipment across all operational locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers for incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Organize and manage warehouse storage to ensure efficient utilization of space.
- Coordinate with brand managers regarding stock planning and inventory control.
- Monitor stock movements and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Arrange deliveries and transfers of materials to all operational locations.
- Prepare inventory, stock, and warehouse performance reports.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Support procurement and operations teams with inventory information.
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports
- Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies, and standards.

- Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department s systems, processes and practices considering international best practice , improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 3 - 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics within a similar operational environment. Physically capable of handling warehouse activities, including occasional lifting, movement, and inspection of materials and equipment. Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
