Job description
- Receive and verify incoming goods, ensuring compliance with invoices and specifications.
- Organize and arrange the warehouse to ensure easy access and protect items from damage.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare detailed reports on warehouse conditions.
- Monitor shipping and receiving operations according to FIFO/FEFO systems as necessary.
- Release addition and withdrawal approvals and returns.
- Planning and scheduling: Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans and task schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Resource management: Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and ensure the availability of necessary raw materials and supplies.
- Quality control: Establish and apply stringent standards for quality monitoring and reduce waste in materials.
- Team leadership: Directly supervise workers, evaluate their performance, provide necessary training to enhance their skills, and track their daily productivity.
- Maintenance and logistics: Monitor the maintenance schedule for equipment and tools to ensure continuous operation without interruption.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production levels, efficiency, and any operational issues to escalate to upper management.
