Warehouse Supervisor

• Receive and verify goods, ensuring compliance with invoices and specifications.
• Organize and arrange inventory for easy access and protection from damage.
• Conduct regular stock audits and prepare detailed reports on inventory status.
• Monitor shipping and receiving operations according to FIFO/FEFO systems as necessary.
• Prepare additional reports and manage inventory adjustments and returns.
• Planning and scheduling: Develop and implement daily and weekly production plans and task schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
• Resource management: Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and ensure availability of raw materials and necessary tools.
• Quality control: Establish and apply stringent quality monitoring standards to reduce waste in materials.
• Team leadership: Direct supervision of supervisors and workers, evaluate their performance, and provide necessary training to enhance their skills.
• Maintenance and logistics: Monitor the maintenance schedule for equipment and tools to ensure continuous operation without interruption.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production levels, efficiency, and any operational issues to elevate them to senior management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse management (preferably 2-5 years).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer software (Excel) or warehouse management systems (ERP/SAP).
• Ability to handle physical and organizational work pressure.
