Service Advisor

About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-centric, and motivated Fresh Graduate to join our Riyadh workshop team as a Junior Service Advisor . In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and our technical team. You will be trained to manage the entire customer service journey from receiving the vehicle and understanding the customer's needs to explaining technical repairs and ensuring a seamless delivery. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Saudi national graduate looking to kickstart a rewarding career in automotive operations and service management. Key Responsibilities (What you will learn and do): Customer Reception: Warmly greet customers upon arrival at the workshop, creating a professional and welcoming first impression. Service Consultation: Listen to customer concerns regarding their vehicles, accurately document symptoms, and open official job cards on the system. Internal Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the customer and the workshop technicians, communicating vehicle issues clearly to ensure accurate diagnosis. Cost Estimation & Approvals: Present repair estimates, explain the scope of work (SOPs), and obtain explicit customer approvals before any service begins. Status Updates (SLA Management): Proactively contact customers via phone or WhatsApp to provide progress updates, ensuring vehicle delivery meets our promised timelines. Quality & Delivery Check: Ensure the vehicle is clean and fully inspected before handing it back to the customer. Explain the invoice and the work performed clearly during vehicle delivery. Customer Retention: Resolve minor customer complaints professionally and follow up post-service to gauge satisfaction and build long-term trust.

Education: Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: No prior experience required (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply) . Any internship or cooperative training ($COOP$) in customer service or the automotive sector is a plus. Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); good command of English is highly desirable. Technical Affinity: A genuine passion for cars and an eagerness to learn automotive technical basics. Soft Skills: * Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
