Sales Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and securing projects by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate technical, construction, commercial, and safety system solutions. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively with potential clients, build strategic relationships with them, and identify suitable opportunities to execute projects that meet their needs.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Identify and generate opportunities to secure projects in the fields of contracting, civil engineering, and safety systems.
• Meet customer desires and present engineering solutions that align with their aspirations.
• Ability to communicate with clients and maintain ongoing contact.
• Form strong partnerships with entities related to projects, whether private or public.
• Conduct regular visits to companies and projects and store their contact information.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and analyze sales results to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Analyze prices presented by the company's engineers to clients and participate in improving them.
• Commission and incentives for each project.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Good appearance.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate.
