Job description
- Manage geological site investigations and prepare comprehensive technical proposals within the division, including but not limited to foundation treatment and slope stability analysis.
- Lead specialized technical reviews and drive design optimization for complex geotechnical engineering works.
- Provide expert geotechnical technical support and develop accurate geological models during the project bidding and tendering phases.
- Actively contribute to the division's talent pipeline development by mentoring, training, and guiding junior and mid-level technical staff.
