The Human Resources Manager role at our esteemed construction and building company in Al Muhammadiyah, Riyadh, presents an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make a significant impact in the industry. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the skills and motivation to excel.
1. Comprehensive legal compliance: Thoroughly understand and continuously track the latest laws and regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), ensuring that the entire process of recruitment, contracts, salaries, and dismissal of the company fully complies with the Saudi Labor Law.
2. Lead "Saudization" (Nitaqat): This is a mandatory core policy of the Saudi government. The HR manager must be responsible for maintaining the company's Nitaqat level, ensuring that the proportion of Saudi employees in each position (especially those positions mandated by regulations, such as personnel, reception, cashier, etc.) meets the standards.
3. Manage government portals and visas: As the primary interface for communication between the company and Saudi government agencies (such as MHRSD, GOSI Social Security Bureau), proficiently operate government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, etc. Fully responsible for the entire process management of all foreign employees' work permits (Iqama) applications, renewals, and cancellations.
4. Salary payment compliance: Ensure that salaries are paid on time and accurately through the Saudi Wage Protection System (WPS).
5.1.
