HSE Director

Jasara is a program management company in Saudi Arabia, established as a joint venture between Aramco, Jacobs, and the Public Investment Fund. With a focus on civil engineering and large-scale development, Jasara aims to set the standard for program delivery by helping shape complex projects with strong governance, operational excellence, and long-term impact.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline. 20 years of experience leading HSE across large mixed-use and hospitality projects. Experience managing contractor compliance and working within enterprise risk frameworks. Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and experience with incident investigation practices. Experience interfacing with executive leadership, project directors, contractor leadership, and regulators. NEBOSH, IOSH, or an equivalent HSE certification is a plus.
