Program Objectives

• Enable the healthcare practitioner to apply the principles of health coaching and behavioral change theories.
• Conduct structured, patient-centered health coaching sessions.
• Assess lifestyle-related risk factors and prepare individualized plans.
• Support individuals with chronic diseases and provide guidance for smoking cessation.

Admission Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in (Public Health, Health Education, Nursing) from an accredited university or college.
• Possess a valid professional license and classification from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Obtain preliminary approval for full-time study commitment (if the applicant is employed).
• Successfully pass the personal interview.

Program Duration

• 8 months (includes theoretical and practical training).
• Program start date: Sunday, 14/10/1447H corresponding to 01/04/2026G.
