You will act as a critical link between project management, operations, and other stakeholders, driving readiness assessments, risk evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural experiences as envisioned by Qiddiya.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of operational readiness plans to support project rollouts.
- Conduct thorough readiness assessments to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and readiness across all operational areas.
- Manage risk identification and mitigation related to operational readiness.
- Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions to prepare teams for operational phases.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations within large-scale developments.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or real estate sectors is preferred.
