Job Purpose

To support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations and special projects across the Asset. The Senior Specialist ensures operational readiness, standard operating procedures compliance, and continuous improvement of guest services and attraction efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing operational plans and procedures.
• Monitor attraction performance and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure departmental compliance with safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between guest services, attractions, and support units.
• Support data collection, reporting, and KPI analysis for operations.
• Participate in the planning and execution of seasonal and special events.
• Provide technical input for staff scheduling and capacity planning.
• Provide technical input for staff scheduling and capacity planning.
• Support onboarding and training of new operations staff.
• Assist in managing communication between field teams and leadership.

Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, or related field. 6 years to relevant experience with at least 1 3 years in operational or project coordination roles within hospitality, tourism, or attractions
