Job Purpose | الغرض من الوظيفة:

The Director of IT is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective technical operations that support the organization's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities | المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

1. Prepare department policies and procedures.
2. Design and implement an appropriate mechanism to equip the company's technical systems.
3. Manage the company's electronic devices and IT assets.
4. Resolve technical issues and update systems in line with approved practices.
5. Verify the integrity and security of technical systems and devices.
6. Develop an appropriate backup mechanism and validate system integrity annually.
7. Ensure compliance with approved budgets for technical systems and devices.
8. Manage relationships with technology service providers and IT equipment vendors.
9. Establish an effective mechanism for technical support services.

Requirements | المتطلبات:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CCNA/CCNP are an advantage.
• Saudi National.
