Job Objective
The role focuses on driving sales growth and achieving monthly and annual targets through customer engagement, partnership development, proposal enhancement, performance analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attracting partnerships, schools, nurseries, and various entities.
- Building and managing commercial partnerships.
- Selling and coordinating holiday packages, events, and group visits.
- Managing and tracking potential leads until the completion of the sale process.
- Monitoring current customers and working to increase their repeat visits.
- Analyzing sales and identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Developing proposals and packages in coordination with management.
- Proposing new initiatives and opportunities to increase revenue.
- Measuring customer satisfaction and following up after events and packages.
- Analyzing customer survey results and utilizing them to improve services.
- Monitoring competitors' activities and analyzing them.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports related to sales and raising recommendations.
- Continuous coordination with the marketing team to achieve center objectives.
- Performing any other tasks or requirements related to the role or falling within the scope of work, as directed by management.
- Contributing to the development of the center and improving it from all aspects through providing ideas, initiatives, and suggestions that contribute to enhancing service quality, improving customer experience, and boosting overall performance.
