Events Project Coordinator

Role Overview:

 We are looking for Events Project Coordinator To communicate with clients, understand their requirements, prepare technical and financial proposals, coordinate with vendors, and support the execution of events to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and event objectives.

• Prepare technical proposals, event concepts, timelines, and deliverables.

• Prepare financial proposals and pricing in coordination with the finance team.

• Source, communicate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.

• Build and maintain a strong vendor database.

• Follow up on proposals until closing.

• Coordinate internally with creative, production, and operations teams.

• Support and follow up during event execution to ensure quality and commitment.

• Prepare regular progress and status reports.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

• Organizational and multitasking ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

• Preferably previous experience in events or business development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
