Sales Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team and set monthly and quarterly sales plans.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets and increase conversion and closing rates.
• Manage sales channels (exhibitions/agents/platforms/direct sales) and develop them.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs (Leads – Visits – Bookings – Contracts – Collection).
• Supervise pricing policy, offers, and discounts according to approved authorities.
• Develop follow-up mechanisms within the CRM and ensure data and report quality.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, agents, and financing entities when needed.
• Prepare periodic reports for management on performance, inventory, sales opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a real estate/real estate development company.
• Proven experience in selling residential/commercial projects, preferably off-plan sales.
• High leadership skills in team management, motivation, and building sales plans.
• Strong knowledge of sales performance indicators, inventory management, and collection.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, preparing reports, and analytics.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills and high professionalism in dealing with customers.
• Preference for having a network of relationships with agents/financing entities/customers in the local market.
