Network Development Manager

The successful candidate will be entrusted with defining and executing a comprehensive network strategy that aligns with both market potential and corporate objectives. Responsibilities will include the planning, development and optimisation of retail and service facilities, ensuring full compliance with corporate identity and manufacturer requirements. You will evaluate network performance, identify areas for enhancement and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the manufacturer to achieve sustained commercial and operational excellence.

The Offer

Base salary SR 35,000 to SR 40,000 per month, commensurate with experience, together with usual benefits and a performance-related annual bonus.

Applicants should possess a degree in business, engineering or a related discipline, together with a minimum of five years experience in automotive network development, dealer operations or retail planning. Demonstrable commercial acumen, advanced project management capability and exceptional communication skills are essential. Current experience within the Middle East automotive market will be considered a distinct advantage.
