Senior BIM Modeler (Civil 3D/Revit/CAD)

About the Role:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Civil 3D and Revit for infrastructure projects
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings using AutoCAD
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines, including civil, structural, and MEP
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, including LOD and BEP requirements
• Perform clash detection and support the resolution of complex coordination issues
• Extract quantities, schedules, and technical documentation from BIM models
• Maintain and update models in line with design changes and project requirements
• Support BIM Leads and Managers in project delivery, coordination, and reporting
• Provide guidance and support to junior BIM Modelers where required

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler within infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in water utilities systems such as potable water, stormwater, and sewer networks
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Civil 3D
• Revit
• AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design environments
• Ability to manage workload, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects
