Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead BIM governance, information management, and digital delivery across major infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and public realm projects within the Qiddiya Delivery Partner Program. You will serve as the primary BIM authority at project level, ensuring contractor BIM execution, Common Data Environment (CDE) administration, model quality, information management, and digital handover comply with Employer requirements, ISO 19650 standards, and program delivery objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12+ years of progressive BIM experience, including 5+ years in BIM management, PMC, supervision, or Owner's Representative roles on major infrastructure programs.
Experience delivering projects exceeding USD 500 million in capital value.
Expert proficiency with: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage
Working experience with: Revizto, Synchro Pro (or equivalent 4D simulation software)
Advanced administration experience using Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Oracle Aconex, or equivalent Common Data Environment platforms.
Strong understanding of: ISO 19650 Information Management, Employer Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), MIDP and TIDP, IFC Schema, BCF Workflows, COBie Data Structures, Asset Information Models (AIM)
Experience managing BIM governance, model audits, clash detection, interface coordination, and digital delivery assurance.
Experience reviewing multidisciplinary BIM models across buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and public realm projects.
Proficiency using Solibri Model Checker (or equivalent) for model validation and compliance reviews.
Experience with Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe Acrobat for document review.
Strong knowledge of digital handover, information management, and operational readiness processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration for KSA-based assignments.

Experience working within large-scale GCC or Saudi Arabian infrastructure programs.
Experience managing BIM delivery across multiple concurrent contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong understanding of digital twin technologies, GIS integration, and asset lifecycle management.
Experience implementing BIM governance frameworks and digital delivery standards within client or PMC environments.
Knowledge of COBie validation, Asset Information Models (AIM), and Facilities Management integration.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
Ability to advise senior management on BIM strategy, emerging technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
