Job Description: Driver and Distribution Representative (Beauty and Care Sector)

Job Title: Small Truck Driver and Field Distribution Representative Target Area: Southern Region (Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, Najran, and surrounding areas) Sector: Cosmetics, Essential Oils, and Personal Care Products.

Overall Job Objective

To contribute to increasing the company's market share in the Southern Region by delivering orders accurately and safely, building strong relationships with wholesale clients (pharmacies, beauty centers, and major retailers), and ensuring products arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Driving and Logistics:

• Driving the truck safely and adhering to Saudi traffic regulations.
• Daily planning of distribution routes to ensure coverage of the maximum number of clients in Southern cities.
• Ensuring the truck's safety and performing periodic checks (oil, tires, cooling).

Sales and Distribution Operations:

• Delivering orders of cosmetics and oils to wholesale clients according to invoices.
• Promoting new products or seasonal offers during client visits.
• Collecting payments (cash or via network) and depositing them according to management policy.

Inventory and Customer Management:

• Loading and unloading goods carefully (especially oils and fragile glass containers).
• Following up on returns and ensuring they meet the conditions.
• Opening new sales channels and attracting new wholesale clients in the Southern Region.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in wholesale sales of cosmetics or oils.

License: Valid Saudi driving license (General or Light Transport).

Geographical Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of the roads and areas of the South (the region's terrain, and main commercial centers).

Skills:

• High negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle invoices and simple accounting systems.
• Physical fitness for handling loading and unloading operations.

Additional Advantages (Preferred)

• Possession of a database or previous relationships with retailers in the Southern Region.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons.

Note: Due to the topographical nature of the Southern Region, it is preferred that the representative possesses high skill in driving in highlands and on winding roads, with utmost care for the stability and storage of "oils" inside the truck to avoid leakage or damage due to heat or movement.
