Job Summary
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities, brand communication initiatives, public relations coordination, and event management activities. The role requires strong organizational and creative skills to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels while supporting the company’s marketing objectives and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Media Management
- Monitor brand mentions and support crisis communication activities when necessary.
- Draft, edit, and distribute media releases, marketing materials, and communication content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and industry stakeholders.
Event Management
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and forums.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination, and on-site event support.
- Develop promotional materials and communication content to enhance event engagement and attendance.
Marketing Analysis
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and provide recommendations to support business growth.
Content & Brand Consistency
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, brainstorming sessions, and content creation activities.
- Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and the company tone of voice.
- Prepare and develop marketing documents such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support maintaining a unified brand voice across all communication platforms and marketing channels.
Work Environment
The role may require attending marketing events, exhibitions, and external meetings as needed. Collaboration with internal departments and external vendors is essential to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or brand communication roles.
