Outlet Manager

Ensures quality guest service that adheres to the corporate, regional, and local standards through daily inspection of outlet functions and operations. Prepares reports by ensuring they are maintained and accurate, participates in the budgeting process, and monitors Micros system. Trains and develops decision-making skills, performance management techniques, and function planning abilities of colleagues.

• Hotel Management graduate or equivalent
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• proficiency in English language
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• experience is an asset
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
