The Director of Food & Beverage champions a Forbes Travel Guide service culture, curates exceptional culinary and beverage programming, and ensures every guest interaction reflects the refined elegance and deeply personalised hospitality that defines Ultra Luxury Hotel - Qiddiya.
Financial Accountability
Manage the F&B divisional budget, forecasting, and financial reporting in alignment with hotel-level targets established by the General Manager. Drive outlet profitability through rigorous cost management, revenue optimisation, and sustainable operating practices across all five venues. Identify and develop new F&B revenue opportunities, curated activations, and signature programming to maximise commercial performance.
Conditions of Work
Combination of office-based administration and active operational floor presence; direct personal engagement is required during peak service periods, VIP and VVIP activations, banqueting events, and key F&B occasions throughout the year.
Communication
Internal: Hotel leadership team, culinary leaders, HR, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms Division
External: Guests, VIP and VVIP clients, regulatory authorities, suppliers, external F&B consultants, and brand partners

Qualifications Essential
Degree or recognised professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related business discipline.
Minimum 4 years of progressive senior F&B leadership experience within luxury or ultra-luxury hotel environments
Demonstrated experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations including fine dining, all-day dining, rooftop and bar/lounge concepts, banqueting, and in-room dining
Proven track record of financial accountability, P&L management, and commercial revenue generation
Prior experience engaging with VIP and VVIP guests in a highly personalised, service-intensive setting
Advanced interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Financial acumen, budgetary planning, and P&L management
Operational leadership and ultra-luxury service excellence delivery
Menu development, culinary knowledge, and beverage programming expertise
VIP and luxury guest engagement and relationship management
