Sales Coordination Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support to Customers, sales teams, distributors, and end-users for commercial refrigeration systems and components.
• Review customer specifications and project requirements to design refrigeration solutions including load calculations, equipment selection, and piping schematics.
• Prepare accurate project quotations by selecting and configuring appropriate refrigeration equipment and materials.
• Support sales by following up on quotations, providing technical clarifications, and assisting with commercial negotiations.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and advancements in refrigeration technologies such as natural refrigerants and low-GWP alternatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop detailed system layouts and technical submittals required for execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC&R, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 2 to 5-years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration or application engineering roles.
• Strong technical understanding of refrigeration systems, including thermodynamics, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or SolidWorks, Microsoft Office Suite, and system design or load calculation software.
• Familiar with regional refrigeration codes and standards, and experienced with natural refrigerants like CO , R404A/R448, and hydrocarbons.
• Valid KSA driving license, willing to travel 20 30% for site support and customer visits.
• Gulf region experience is a strong advantage.
