Area Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Manager to join our growing café & dessert company and lead multiple branches with professionalism, passion, and strong operational skills. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in the café, dessert, or food & beverage industry, who understands daily operations, team leadership, and business growth across several locations.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the performance of multiple café & dessert branches Ensure consistency in quality, service standards, and brand identity Monitor sales, costs, KPIs, and operational performance across all locations Lead, support, and develop branch managers and store teams Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards Coordinate with head office on operations, marketing, and expansion plans Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the region
Requirements:Proven experience in the same field (Cafés, Desserts, or F&B industry) Previous experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-Branch Manager Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to manage and follow up on multiple branches simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of operations, customer experience, and financial performance Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets
