Job description
- Research and Development: Identify potential new clients and visit them in the field to build an active database.
- Direct Sales: Conduct meetings and sales presentations face-to-face to persuade clients about products or services.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued engagement.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and gather market insights and client needs to report to management.
- Contract Management: Draft agreements, prepare and document contracts, and monitor order fulfillment.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports (daily/weekly) on work progress and field visits.
