Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent in-room dining service and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Take and confirm orders accurately.
• Deliver orders promptly to guest rooms.
• Follow hotel policies, including respecting Do Not Disturb signs.
• Present bills and collect payments upon delivery.
• Handle cash and verify payment methods (cash and credit cards).
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu and upsell when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to support operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow health and safety standards.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability.
• Act as a brand ambassador and uphold company values and standards.
