Order Taker

You are directly involved in the order taking and order placing process for In-Room Dining (IRD). Responsible to coordinate all service requirements addressed to In-Room Dining. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way. Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

• Previous experience as an Order Taker or in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items, ingredients.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
