Marketing Manager

• Find companies, households, farms, facilities in Saudi Arabia and Oman that need Kenyan manpower

• Source clients using all available channels — your own network, contacts, referrals, cold calling, field visits, social media, any method that brings contracts

• Present our Kenyan manpower supply services — we have ready pool of screened Kenyan workers

• Negotiate and close demand letters / service agreements

• Coordinate with our Kenya recruitment team for worker selection, training and deployment

• Follow up with clients for repeat orders and contract renewals

• Indian National currently in UAE — Visit visa / Cancelled visa preferred (we do status change)

• 2+ years experience in UAE recruitment / manpower supply / business development

• Thorough knowledge of recruitment agencies in UAE,Saudi Arabia and Oman

• Must have contacts in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Oman— companies and agencies that hire manpower

• Self-starter — able to bring clients without being told how

• Arabic + English fluent — Arabic is mandatory

• Own laptop and phone
