Supply Specialist Level I and II

Key Responsibilities:

• Support supply operations ensuring all logistics materials are received, identified, stored, preserved, packaged, issued, shipped, and accounted for properly.
• Assist in managing industrial property accounting systems, including procurement, inventory, tracking, and disposition.
• Maintain accurate supply records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Support implementation and maintenance of automated supply and logistics systems.
• Assist in developing and improving supply processes and procedures.
• Ensure proper control, safeguarding, and utilization of government property and repair parts.
• Support reporting, audits, and logistics program requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years of aviation maintenance supply experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory/management role.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics planning and management within the last 10 years.

Level 1 & Level 2:

• Minimum of 7 years of supply experience in a military wholesale or retail supply program within the last 10 years.
