Follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of required materials. Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members according to their capabilities and competencies, and follow up and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements. Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills or recommend enrolling them in specialized training programs. Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures. Classify, arrange, document, and archive results and work reports.
