Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Al Muzahimiyah for the role of Assistant Maintenance Manager. The Assistant Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, support the development and implementation of maintenance schedules, and assist in ensuring vehicles meet safety and performance standards. The individual will also manage a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, and diagnostic procedures. Strong organizational and supervisory skills, with ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively. Proficiency in maintenance scheduling and planning to ensure operational efficiency. Knowledge of safety and compliance standards for vehicle maintenance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members, vendors, and clients. Ability to work on-site in Al Muzahimiyah and commitment to full-time responsibilities. Previous experience in the transportation or automotive industry is preferred.
