High visibility role with direct exposure to investment decisions. Structured progression toward Portfolio Manager responsibility.

Source and evaluate high-conviction investment opportunities across public equities. Conduct deep fundamental research including financial modelling, industry analysis, and company engagement. Maintain active coverage of a focused portfolio/watchlist through continuous monitoring and management interaction. Present investment ideas and research insights to the investment team through reports and discussions. Partner closely with portfolio managers on portfolio construction, analytics, and performance review. Track macroeconomic and sector developments to inform investment strategy.

• 5-10 years of buy side equity research experience.
• Proven ability in fundamental analysis and building detailed financial models.
• Strong understanding of investment frameworks, valuation techniques, and portfolio dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate investment ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated passion for investing, intellectual curiosity, and high personal integrity.
• Progress toward or completion of CFA (preferred).
