Executive Sous Chef

Lead all Culinary operations and drive departmental excellence. Develop and manage the departmental team, budget, and operational SOPs. Ensure delivery of FAENA luxury service standards. Partner with the GM and Executive Committee on hotel-wide strategy. Manage compliance with Saudi regulations and FAENA brand standards. Lead pre-opening setup and team development for the department. Build cross-departmental collaboration for seamless guest experiences. Monitor KPIs, guest feedback, and operational performance metrics. Develop and execute talent development and succession planning programs. Represent the department in Executive Committee meetings.

• Minimum 8 years in hospitality with at least 3 years at Director level in Culinary.
• Pre-opening experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
