Overview Of The Role:

The security and safety assistant role is integral in maintaining the safety and security of Al-Futtaim Logistics warehouses and yards in Riyadh, KSA. The position ensures that both the interior and exterior of the warehouse are secure, aligning with service levels, and complies with KSA regulations. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager, the Security Guard is responsible for applying Al-Futtaim's group policies and behavioral standards and ensuring a secure working environment. A critical aspect of the role is the ability to work under pressure while effectively planning and implementing safety measures.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure the security aspects of the warehouse, both inside and outside, are fully controlled.
• Adhere to service levels and all KSA rules and regulations.
• Report to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure adherence to all group policies concerning security, HR, and EHS.
• Maintain and enforce Al-Futtaim's behavioral standards.
• Conduct routine checks and patrols to monitor and ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any security breaches or incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments for comprehensive security management.
