Authority Liaison Officer

Act as the main point of contact between the consultancy and all relevant government authorities in Saudi Arabia. Manage and follow up on submissions, approvals, permits, and NOCs. Coordinate with municipalities, civil defense, utility providers, and other regulatory entities. Ensure full compliance with local regulations, codes, and authority requirements. Support the supervision team in resolving authority-related issues efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and approvals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering. Minimum 10 years of professional experience . At least 5 years of experience within the GCC . Minimum 2 years of experience with an engineering consultancy firm . Strong knowledge of Saudi authority procedures and approval processes. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Must be available for immediate joining .
