- Implementing procedures, regulations, and forms for monitoring branch employees' attendance and their various types of leave, modifying forms as needed, in addition to applying the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their compliance with official working hours.
- Applying policies and procedures for annual, sick, emergency, and other leaves specified in the approved leave and vacation policy, and applying procedures for promotions, secondments, and termination of service, and recording all employee incidents according to approved regulations and procedures.
- Handling employee complaints, notes, requests, and inquiries professionally and effectively escalating problems to the department manager when they arise.
- Updating employee-related information and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the entity's employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits.
