Landscape Construction Manager
Role Overview The Landscape Construction Manager will act as the Contractor´s representative responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale, fast-track landscape projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong interface management across multiple work packages, stakeholders, and authorities, ensuring compliance with FIDIC-based contracts, programme commitments, and quality standards.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the Client, Consultants, and Authorities, driving timely decision-making and resolving technical, contractual, and coordination issues to support uninterrupted project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Programme Management Manage projects from pre-construction and mobilisation through construction, commissioning, and handover Oversee fast-track delivery across multiple packages and interfaces (infrastructure, buildings, landscape, utilities, etc.) Monitor programme performance, identify critical path risks, and implement mitigation measures in coordination with the planning team
Interface & Stakeholder Management Manage interfaces between Client, PMC, Designers, Contractors, and Specialist Subcontractors Coordinate approvals and submissions with relevant Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) Lead coordination meetings, interface workshops, and technical reviews to avoid delays and scope conflicts
Contractual & FIDIC Administration Administer projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations Support the evaluation of variations, extension of time (EOT) claims, and time-related impacts Ensure proper record-keeping, correspondence, and documentation in line with contract requirements
Quality, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and authority requirements Monitor quality assurance and quality control processes across all work packages Identify, assess, and manage project risks, escalating critical issues to senior management when required
Reporting & Governance Prepare and issue regular progress, risk, and status reports to CBL Holding and the Client Track key project KPIs related to programme, quality, cost, and approvals Support governance processes, decision gates, and executive reporting
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline Proven experience in PMC or Contracting project management on large-scale or mega projects in KSAStrong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction administration PMP is a plus Demonstrated experience working with Saudi authorities and approval processes Excellent programme awareness and ability to operate in fast-track environments Strong leadership
