Main responsibilities

The sales manager should be aware of sales objectives as well as individual goals and work actively to achieve or exceed these goals using all available resources within the stores.

Meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and enhancing sales and brand experience by using the appropriate elements of the Adidas customer service model.

Create a   good relationship with every customer by being an enthusiastic ambassador for the Adidas brand.

The company proactively sought to incorporate basic and seasonal product knowledge into its service approach within its assigned store area(s).

Maintaining an attractive environment and facilitating shopping for customers through the consistent implementation of visual marketing standards.

Adhering to policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.

Ensuring the availability of in-store product displays for customers by assisting with deliveries and renewing minimum sales requirements.

Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.
