Providing advice on tenders and various contract matters, managing contracts and subsequent reviews, and implementing them.

Key Duties and Tasks

• Managing contracts and tenders before and after their award.
• Supervising claims and managing contract processes.
• Comparing planned progress in workflow with actual progress, analyzing gaps, and clarifying risks.
• Drafting contract content and clauses, and evaluating and reviewing these contracts and clauses according to established procedures.
