Construction Manager - Industrial

Responsibilities:

1. Lead all stages of construction projects, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgetary constraints while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
2. Work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to create comprehensive project plans, ensuring effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Establish and enforce safety protocols on-site, conducting regular inspections and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture among all team members.
4. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure the best quality and pricing for project needs.
5. Track and monitor project progress and performance using project management software, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
6. Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, employing strong problem-solving skills to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
7. Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and fostering open communication throughout the organization.
8. Mentor and develop junior staff and team members, sharing expertise and best practices to enhance overall team performance and professional growth.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 12 years of professional experience in construction management.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Plant construction and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) projects
3. Minimum 5 years of direct work experience in Saudi Arabia / KSA
4. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
