Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline. A Master s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, RICS) is highly desirable. Proven experience in a real estate analysis, development, or investment role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and extensive experience in creating complex financial models from scratch. A strong understanding of real estate investment principles, valuation techniques, and development processes. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
