Industrial Engineer

Looking for a practical and hands-on individual to establish and operate a small food factory within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (potentially in Jeddah, Madinah, Riyadh, or another industrial city based on opportunity availability).

The role is a field-executive during the establishment phase, requiring active participation in all stages of creating and operating the factory, from selecting equipment to daily operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participating in establishing a small food factory from scratch.
• Researching suitable machines and production lines online, especially from China.
• Comparing suppliers, technical specifications, quality, and prices for machinery.
• Coordinating import operations (shipping, documentation, installation).
• Supervising the installation and commissioning of machinery.
• Assisting in preparing the factory for actual operation.
• Operating a small factory with a limited number of workers.
• Direct field work with workers in the initial stage when needed.
• Organizing workflow within the factory and monitoring production.
• Adhering to quality and food safety standards.
• Performing multiple tasks as required by the work during the establishment phase.

Nature of Work:

• Primarily field-based and operational work.
• Flexibility in tasks and working hours according to establishment and operational requirements.
