Project Engineer

Manage FM projects, site engineering, fit-out, renovation, finishing works, and infrastructure improvements across Wa'ad Al Shamal and Jalamid, delivering safely within approved scope, quality, timeline, and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage site engineering for renovation, fit-out, finishing, civil improvements, and facility upgrades.

• Review scope, drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, schedules, and contractor submissions.

• Supervise site execution against approved scope, quality standards, and Maaden safety requirements.

• Coordinate with end users, FM, EHSS, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and contractors.

• Monitor progress, quality, risks, materials, manpower, and contractor productivity.

• Conduct inspections, prepare snag lists, close corrective actions, and ensure proper handover.

• Ensure permits, access approvals, isolations, and lifting plans are secured before execution.

• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, cost updates, risk logs, and completion reports.

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.

• 7–10 years in project or site engineering, renovation, fit-out, finishing, or construction supervision.

• Experience in industrial, mining, large residential, or multi-site FM environments preferred.

• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, MEP coordination, BOQ review, QC, and project handover.

• Good understanding of Saudi Building Code, HSE, permit-to-work, and site execution controls.

• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, CAFM, or CMMS is preferred.

• Ability to work with Arabic- and English-speaking stakeholders; English proficiency (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent).

REPORTING AND DELIVERABLES
Weekly operational updates with risks and action plans; monthly KPI and contractor performance scorecards; inspection records and corrective action trackers; improvement initiatives log; and clear escalation of items affecting safety, cost, service continuity, or end-user satisfaction.
